Update appcenter.blacklist #102

Adds a "Conflicts with AppCenter" section.

@codygarver Updates are supposed to be handled by the system. These programs handle updates, therefore they conflict with AppCenter.

GNOME Software is included because its name is "Software" and is the default software store in other distributions, so it might confuse users.

I'm going to close this since it conflicts and it doesn't appear that there was a consensus that we really want to block these apps. I think so far we've only block listed apps which actually cause breakage or have no effect since they're built for other desktop environments. If the app would theoretically function, I'm not sure that's cause for being blocked.
