Feature request: Do not display notification if I disable wifi myself #145

Going to move to default settings since the fix here would be to set /org/gnome/nm-applet/disable-disconnected-notifications to true

Sounds like UX team agrees that we can turn these off by default and if we really want them back we can send notifications from the network indicator ourselves so we know the context better
