geoclue seems to be libportal-aware since 2.6.0, but libportal regards location service as disabled if 'org.gnome.system.location enabled' is set to 'false', and there is no GUI way to change this key on Pantheon. Getting and showing the current location won't work as a result. So we're stucked at this version until Pantheon provides changing this key.
Steps to Reproduce
Check org.gnome.system.location and see that it is set to false by default. Also see that the privacy/security settings page changes the key for our geoclue agent and not for the GNOME key
Expected Behavior
It sounds like we need to use this GNOME key to make use of the portal for geoclue. We should set the default here to true, as we have set in our geoclue agent
