Override `switch-group` and `switch-group-backward` #287

A step towards exposing "Switch windows of an application" shortcut in Keyboard plug. By default it uses Above_Tab which for some reason Granite can't handle and the whole application crashes (see https://github.com/elementary/granite/issues/648). But using grave works just fine.

Can you add a FIXME comment here with a link to the granite issue so we know to remove this in the future?
