appenter blacklist: wrong or missing IDs for switchboard plugs and wingpanel indicators #98

The applications plug currently provides io.elementary.switchboard.applications, not io.elementary.switchboard-plug-applications, which is what is mentioned in the blacklist.

The same is true of the pantheon-shell plug --- the appdata ID currently is io.elementary.switchboard.pantheon-shell, not io.elementary.switchboard-plug-pantheon-shell.

However, I talked with @danrabbit about this (because it would be nice if the IDs would be consistent for all switchboard plugs and wingpanel indicators), and we talked about renaming things to follow this schema:

I think this got lost in the final frenzy before the Juno release.

Additionally, it looks like the security-privacy plug is missing from the blacklist.
