The dock doesn't scale with text size options.

Problem

When setting text size on Odin the dock doesn't resize to match most other elements. This makes the dock far too small in comparison.

Proposal

The dock should scale like most other elements

The major problem with this is that app icons are only supplied in specific sizes, so scaling those icons would make them blurry
