Open "Applications" docklet menu on any click #117

Currently its only possible to access the "Applications" docklet menu if it was right-clicked. Left click, howered, doesn't do anything at all, which is pretty weird design solution. I suggest to add an ability to open it on a left click too, which makes more sense and just more comfortable to use.

It looks like those applets and everything in dock's settings menu (the one you get with right-click on the dock) are just leftovers from Plank — dock it's forked from. And so they barely work and receive no attention from elementary devs.

Thanks for your report! We're doing a complete rewrite of the dock based on our recent UI study and this particular issue isn't able to be reproduced in the new version of the dock
