We should add variants for the dock Indicator Color to match style sheet color variants

To test if my commit works add this to the end of the eOS plank theme or switch to the default theme built Into plank & done

The color (RGBA) of the Indicator displaying open application

IndicatorColor=90;;166;;255;;255
