duplicate icons on the dock with flatpak apps #135

What Happened?

I have noticed flatpak apps showing duplicate icons, I have experienced this error with spotify, onlyoffice and headset. With native elementary applications this bug does not happen and I even tried the snap version of spotify and it does not show this bug.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Click on the icon
  2. Open the app with another icon Dock and flatpak

Thanks for your report! We're doing a complete rewrite of the dock based on our recent UI study and this particular issue isn't able to be reproduced in the new version of the dock
