"Close all" does not always work #164

What Happened?

Is this the right place to report issues with the current dock? I have not found a repo for plank. Feel free to move it.

Workaround

You can close each single dialog, but i have hundreds, so i have to log out and back in to have a clean session again.

Steps to Reproduce

a hanging program has triggered hundreds of "is hanging" dialogs, that stayed after the program was closed (https://github.com/elementary/gala/issues/1454)
click "Close all" in the dock menu to get rid of them
nothing happens

Expected Behavior

features like "Close all" should work

Hey thanks for your report! We're doing a full rewrite of the dock and as part of our survey results we found that very few people use the dock to close apps, so this feature will not make it into the rewrite. Thanks for understanding!
