Update action launching in ApplicationDockItem #166

Resolve #165

The implementation is a bit hacky, but I tried to keep the scope of changes as small as possible considering planned Dock rewrite.

Can be tested using a demo app:

I can't comment on your question, I don't know a better way personally. I can say that the code looks alright to me and works as intended

Thank you for the review @zeebok! Can you help out with merging the pull request as well or should we ping someone else for that? (I'm not sure on what the procedure here is.)
