Launch Applications Inside a systemd Scope/Service. #211

Per systemd's Desktop Environment Integration, if we are running under a systemd session, we should be launching the applications in a scope/service for it.

by doing that, we can ensure that the portal frontend can correctly identify a non-sandboxed application.
