Animate items entering and leaving the dock #217

What Happened?

Currently app icons just kind of pop in and out instead of smoothly animating in as they did in Plank

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Open an app that's not pinned to the dock
  2. See that it pops in without an animation
  3. close that app
  4. see it pop out without an animation

Expected Behavior

smoothly animate items as they enter and leave the dock as it was in Plank
