Add Switcheroo support #228

Fixes #131

This is purely theoretical for me, but hopefully someone with hybrid graphics can test it :)

Maybe @jhaygood86 would be interested since you did the switcheroo support in applications menu?

Is this for OS8? I can test with my Framework but if it for OS8 I need to get it setup in a live session to test.
