What Happened?
I booted from the live USB and everything worked but the dock was missing.
Steps to Reproduce
Boot Elementary OS 8 and realize that the dock is missing.
Expected Behavior
The dock should be there.

8.x (Early Access)

Latest release (I have run all updates)
