Pin installer to dock in demo session #239

Problem

In demo session after booting from usb Install elementay OS is not pinned to plank (dock).

elementary OS 6 beta 2021.04.30

Proposal

Pin installer to plank in demo session.

Prior Art

elementary OS 5 had this implemented.
