Cant drag folder item to arrange dock

Prerequisites

[x] I have searched open and closed issues for duplicates.

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Pin a folder to dock (drag from files to dock)
Try do drag it in order to arrange the dock, it wont move.

Expected behavior

Should be able to move it as I can with other items

Thanks for your report! We're doing a complete rewrite of the dock based on our recent UI study and this particular issue isn't able to be reproduced in the new version of the dock
