Dragging an pinned application out of the dock won't delete the item. #58

Hi, here is a PR to close #57.

Drag and delete a pinned application is the normal behavel, I'm proposing to not delete.

@danrabbit This PR conflicts with @andreasfelix 's #62. Are either these approaches acceptable?

Thanks for this branch! We're doing a fresh rewrite and this pull no longer applies to the new main
