Only Cursor Visible on Log In after Automatic Display Dimming #1154

@davidmhewitt, Another additional piece of information related to Issue https://github.com/elementary/gala/issues/1126. After the display in elementary OS 6 dims automatically on timeout, the greeter is displayed on cursor movement. When I log in the same issue of a black screen with a cursor occurs.

By Auto-Dimming, I refer to the turn off display when inactive for setting Switchboard Power Plugin: Screenshot from 2021-05-25 12 30 38

Wait, this was what was causing it all along? I'll see if I can reproduce it!
