(Mutter 42) Can not resize Picture-in-Picture window #1474

What Happened?

There is a button in the bottom right side of the Picture-in-Picture window (see the screenshot), which allows you to resize the window. But with gala 6.3.2 + mutter 42, using (dragging) that button does not function.

When opening the Picture-in-Picture window, my journal is spammed with:

.gala-wrapped[2432]: (../clutter/clutter/clutter-actor.c:12457):clutter_actor_event: runtime check failed: (retval == CLUTTER_EVENT_PROPAGATE)

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Use gala 6.3.2 and mutter 42
  2. Super + F and create a Picture-in-Picture window
  3. Drag the button to resize the window

Expected Behavior

The Picture-in-Picture window resizes

We need to apply the same kind of fix as in #1468 in plugins/pip/PopupWindow.vala
