wayland: opening windows when overview is opened breaks a lot #1898

What Happened?

Similar to what happened with wingpanel before the fix so might be related

Steps to Reproduce

Open terminal
open a man page
go to overview and try closing terminal from there
it will break because a dialog is opened by terminal about a running process

Expected Behavior

Don't break

7.x (Horus)

Compiled from git

~So I'm not sure what fixed this, whether it was a mutter problem that was fixed somewhere between 42 and 46 or if it was one of the recent commits (which I somewhat doubt) but I cannot reproduce this issue on current master with mutter 46. I'll leave it open for now but I'd say it's not blocking (unless someone still experiences this on OS8).~

Ok nvm I still get similar behavior though not with opening new windows anymore. Unfortunately I don't know when exactly it happens :(
