@lenemter @leolost2605 are there any other branches you really want to get in before OS 8 releases?

Sorry for the late reply I'm currently pretty occupied by university :| I think we should at least give it another try to get #2082 and #2061 in since they both fix pretty noticeable and very common issues. Though they are no where near the severity of blocking an OS release :)
