Add support for Mutter 45 #683

I will try to test again with 45.rc tonight (I assume after syncing the changes from gala), though on my last testing on 3345a6b5f401be195cd8286de8a2efc98da27886 and 45.beta.1 #682 is not fixed (was aware of the force push) :shrug:

@bobby285271 Can you retry with the latest push? If you could gather some backtraces of the crash that would be lovely

I'll just merge this MR and we can then iterate
