Replace "static notebook" explanation #27

Although the concepts are the same, the Granite.StaticNotebook widget was deprecated in favor of Gtk.StackSwitcher. We should probably update the name here or at least make that reference to avoid confusing developers into using a deprecated widget

To be honest without any kind of usage instructions, these entries for static and dynamic notebook are kind of useless as they don't show any information that can't be found in valadoc.

A good entry here would describe the usage of a Stack (as navigation like Switchboard or sections like in Scratch), when and what kind of transitions are applied (example, always horizontal for navigation), etc.
