We talked about this briefly at the sprint, but: it might be beneficial to throw an infobar at the top of the dashboard mentioning longer review times as we work to rebuild the AppCenter Dashboard around Flatpak. We can mention that apps are still able to be submitted and will be reviewed, but that developers may want to start testing building their apps with Flatpak to be ready for the new dashboard.
