Ship own app icon #145

Don't rely on a non-fdo icon name

I approved this but now I'm wondering if a gear for the icon badge makes more sense than the green arrow. The green arrow made sense on the installer because it is like it's downloading the image to your drive. But initial setup is more configuring your settings. I don't have strong opinions on it so I'm perfectly happy with the green arrow too.
