LanguageView: Add country to config #61

Adds the country to the config so that you get a nice smart default selection in the keyboard layout view

How should this be tested? It looks like when I run it normally I'm not getting a keyboard layout selected, but I assume I'm not setting up the config or something.

You should be able to just run it and hit Enter twice and see that US English is selected as the keyboard layout
