Spell checker doesn't respect system language #163

Hello, It seams that we cannot choose the language dictionary of the spell checker ? My OS is in French but in Mail the spell checker is in english. Thanks.

just for history. there is more ancient feature request at launchpad.

Most of my emails are written in either Dutch, English (GB) or Spanish. Having Mail only check spelling for English is quite frustrating.
