Bubble: Max 2 line body and ellipsize #63

Make sure that the body is a maximum of 2 lines and we independently ellipsize each line

I think that the bubble should have a hover behaviour. I mean: when I receive the notification, max lines should be 2, but if I hover the bubble, max lines should not have any limits, and show the notification complete :thinking:
