This doesn't seem to be doing anything anymore and is possibly the cause of our daily build failures.
The filter file used to be added to the flathub remote when that was added, but we're not adding that here anymore?
And we don't need to add the remote here, because the apt packages that pull in Flatpaks add the remote anyway.
