Detect external changes and reload image #582

Feature

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Reload an image if it has changed on disk. If the image was edited in the meantime, open a dialog (keep current/reload).

Existing work The same behavior is already implemented in code. Also Evince or Okular reload images/PDFs when they changed on disk.
