Add keyboard shortcut tooltips to zoom controls #634

Problem

It's not obvious you can zoom with Ctrl+Zoom (see #630).

Proposal

We should make the shortcut more discoverable!

We show contextual keyboard shortcuts in tooltips throughout elementary OS.
