What Happened?
When opening a picture from "Files" is not possible to use cursor/arrow keys for changing to next/previous picture.
Photo application opens with "Save Photo with different name" button highlighted. Only after pressing "tab" or clicking in other place of the window the button gets unfocused and cursor/arrow keys start to work as expected.
It happens the same no matter how the file is open. (Pressing Enter, double click or using right click context menu gets the same result.) Also, happens with all different image extensions.

Expected Behavior
"Photos" should open the selected file. Using cursor/arrow keys should change for next/previous image from same folder.
Personal opinion: I see no point in starting the application with "Save Photo with different name" focused. It's not the most used option right after opening a picture. Usually is only used after editing the file. Most of the time "Photos" is opened just for image viewing. Having the arrow keys available right away without pressing "tab" or clicking in any place of the window is far more useful and intuitive.
