What Happened?
When you import photos to your library with using "in place" option, and then you delete those, they're not being physically deleted from HDD, which makes it impossible to use "Photos" app for any kind of housekeeping, like removing bad / out-of-focus photos
Steps to Reproduce
1) import some photos to your library with using "Import in place" option (I just don't like photos to be stored twice on my hdd) 2) navigate to those photos in the library, right-click, "Move to trash" 3) then go check the original file is still lying around in a file system as nothing has happened
Expected Behavior
Files should have been deleted
