Remove the EndSessionDialogServer #29

Goes with elementary/gala#1877

This currently only removes the DBus interface used when running in a session. I'm not sure whether this indicator is intended to be used in the greeter (since it might have some functionality that doesn't apply there?). If so we will have to keep the EndSessionDialog otherwise we can remove it as well.

Yup it's used in the Greeter as well
