Indicate restart required #40

I wonder if we should throw a bubble when a restart is required and maybe append a small label to the shut down item about "Restart required to finish updates" or something

I guess that doesn't look that great with the bubble in the same position as the one from the notifications indicator. Maybe need to reconsider that position

:open_mouth: I like the idea. I don't think the location is a big deal since it's something we want the user to notice and act upon. I think the similarity to the notifications is a plus.

I also like it too, but the badge looks weird on the power icon. It obscures it in such a way that it is no longer really clear that it is a power icon. Perhaps make the icon a different color, or shrink the badge a little bit?
