Logout dialogue window looses focus if keyboard shortcut is pressed two times in a row. #46

1- Press Ctrl+Alt+Del to Logout. 2- Press Esc to close the Logout dialogue window 3- Press Ctrl+Alt+Del again. Result: Unlike in point 1, the dialogue window is not in focus any more.
