Screenshot window overlapping after-screenshot dialog #283

What Happened?

When you open the screenshot tool, then take a screenshot, the default screenshot UI is overlapping the after-screenshot dialog box.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Open Screenshot
  2. Select Full Screen or Area
  3. Take screenshot
  4. UI pops up behind the non-focused UI, can't click anything unless I click the window behind the default screenshot UI.

Expected Behavior

The after-screenshot dialog box should have a higher z-index than the screenshot tool itself.
