Remove system-config-printer from defaults #40

Something is pulling in system-config-printer in focal/odin

This is recommended by hplip which is recommended by the desktop-common file in platform. I guess we probably want to keep the HP printer drivers in by default so this package just needs adding to the blacklist file in this repo so it gets removed from the iso.
