There is no graphical way to discover that pressing Super will launch this overlay. This was brought up in @techdev5521's edw talk.
Proposal
We could consider re-adding this app to the Applications Menu so it's more discoverable. At a later date, we could explore a better way to expose these sort of OS-wide features that feel less like an app.
Prior Art
Other platforms might show a "first run" sort of overlay that tells the user some hidden functionalities, but we've historically avoided that. The Multitasking View is a similar hidden-by-default feature that we make more discoverable by showing in the Dock (and Applications Menu so it can be re-added).
Alternatively, we could add it to the panel near the Applications Menu as a system-wide feature.
