Badge notification with app icon #145

Fixes #124

It gets icon by parsing corresponding .desktop file in ~/.local/share/flatpak/exports/share/applications/ Not sure if it's a proper way of getting icon

Also updated codestyle and copyrights

I don't have any flatpak bundle to test if it actually works with bundles
