Handle installing Flatpak bundles #75

Right now Sideload just handles .flatpakref files. Apps can also be bundled into a .flatpak bundle which I believe is basically a download of the app itself so you don't need an Internet connection later when installing. Sideload should probably handle these for completeness.

Sorry if this is not the proper place to post this issue, but when using Sideload app to install any *.flatpakref file, the installation is stuck at the preparing screen[ Reference

@cooljanz this issue is specifically about new bundle functionality. Please file a new issue with what you're seeing. :)
