Adw.Toast is not styled #1285

What Happened?

Adw.Toast is not styled beautifully on Pantheon:

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Open Web
  2. Shrink its window size
  3. Access to https://example.com
  4. Ctrl+Click the More information... link to open it in a new tab
  5. The "New tab opened" toast is shown in the bottom of the window, which is not styled

Expected Behavior

Adw.Toast is styled like Granite.Toast
