Allow dismissing driver suggestions #305

Related to elementary/switchboard-plug-about#308.

Ideally, these should remain hidden, but revealable via a "show hidden items" under the "Drivers" heading.

Design-wise we could let each section be collapsible (and remember that state), which would solve this.
