Some strings are not shown as translated #318

What Happened?

Some strings in the plug are always shown in English even if the system language is set to another language.

Steps to Reproduce

Prerequisite: Your operating system needs to have at least one outdated package.

  1. Open System Settings in a language other than English, e.g. LANGUAGE=ja io.elementary.settings
  2. Go to System plug
  3. See the text <num> updates available are shown in English: before1
  4. Click the "Learn More…" link
  5. See the text <num> packages will be upgraded are shown in English: before2

Expected Behavior

These strings should be shown in the selected language.
