Provides for an incomplete flatpak being installed (in my case it was io.elementary.files.PortalTester) that does not provide an appdata name or icon. In this case the flatpak id and a generic flatpak app icon is used.
Without this PR, the sidebar appears to be empty but the AppSettingView is active.
Slight changes made to layout so that sidebar can expand to accomodate possibly long ids rather being a fixed width.
