Startup apps are not populated in Settings/Applications/Startup #167

What Happened

Startup apps are not populated from ~/.config/autostart when created or edited manually.

Expected Behavior

All apps from above location should appear in elementary settings -> Applications -> Startup.

Steps to Reproduce

Manually create new app entry under ~/.config/autostart or add new entry from elementary settings -> Applications -> Startup and then edit it, for example, add comment or change comment.

For some reasons had to add explicitly line Hidden=false.
