I created a second, non-admin (this is important) user account to do just my work. When trying to set permissions for any apps, it works but after closing Settings and opening it back, the permissions reset to what they were before.
Steps to Reproduce
Create secondary non admin account
Install some flatpaks from flathub AT THE --USER LEVEL.
Open system settings, remove permissions. Open it back. See error.
Expected Behavior
Settings should set permissions accordingly, or, if it sees an error, report it to the user
