Make content_grid insensitive when the view is constructed #136

I'm no expert, but maybe a binding is more robust? See for example: https://github.com/elementary/switchboard-plug-sound/blob/master/src/OutputPanel.vala#L116

@leonardo-lemos thanks for the start! I just pushed a commit that I believe fixes the issues in this branch (and master).
