Show primary display settings upfront #157

Can these settings be made more visible, like displaying them inline (and not in the cog menu) for instance? screenshot from 2019-02-27 07-18-22

Thanks for reporting. There might be a better way, but please remember that there can be many screens here, meaning that settings per screen in theory makes sense. Maybe a context menu for the selected screen could be a solution.
